We have an immediate opening for an associate with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Experience with public entity litigation is preferred. In addition to having strong academic credentials, the ideal candidate will take initiative in the handling of cases and will have excellent writing and analytical skills as well as experience taking and defending depositions and drafting dispositive motions. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 3 or more years of experience is $127,500 - $185,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
